Shipping Policy
Every order on MadeByHeris packed by the seller herself and shipped through registered domestic courier partners — here's exactly how it works.
Dispatch time
Most items are made to order, not stocked in a warehouse, so dispatch can take a little longer than off-the-shelf goods — typically 1–4 daysfrom when your order is confirmed, depending on the product. Any made-to-order lead time specific to an item is shown on its product page. Once handed to the courier, we'll notify you on WhatsApp with tracking.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every prepaid (online payment) order. On Cash on Delivery, delivery is free once a seller's items in your order cross ₹799 — otherwise a flat ₹35 per seller applies. Any delivery charge shown at checkout is not refundable once the order has shipped.
Coverage & delays
We ship pan-India through our registered courier partners. Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout, so please double-check it before confirming your order. While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery timelines are ultimately subject to their network and local conditions — we aren't liable for a delay caused by the courier or postal authority, but we'll always help you track down a delayed or lost parcel. If a delivery attempt fails
If the courier can't reach you on the first attempt, we'll message you on WhatsApp to confirm your address and arrange a reattempt. Orders that remain undelivered after repeated attempts are returned to the seller — see our Returns & Refund Policy for how a refund is handled in that case.
